Get paid for the change order before you leave.

Process change-order payments and final billings straight from the project view. Payments are built into WorkSiteCam natively on Stripe — there's nothing to connect.

The change order gets approved on the roof and invoiced three weeks later, by which time the enthusiasm has worn off and the cheque is 'in the mail.' The gap between approval and payment is where margin goes to die.

Crew finds the extra work — rotten decking, a second layer, whatever the estimate missed.

03

Raise the change order and take payment from the project view.

The photo record and the payment sit against the same job.

Questions

Stripe, answered

Do I need my own Stripe account?+
Payments are native to WorkSiteCam — there's no separate connector to configure in Settings → Integrations.
Can I still invoice through QuickBooks?+
Yes. The QuickBooks connector sends estimates and invoices to QuickBooks Online; in-app payments handle change orders and final billings from the project view. Use either or both.
