Document your next 10 jobs. If it hasn’t paid for itself, we refund the whole year.

Every photo stamped with the time, the GPS location and who took it — filed to the right job, branded report in two taps. So when somebody comes back at you six weeks later, you’re not digging through a camera roll. You’ve got proof.

And if 10 jobs go by and it didn’t pay — you get the year back.

Estimates, not audited figures: $1,800 a dispute, $480 a callback, $2,400 a denied warranty, $22 a day on held cash.

The job that costs you

“That damage was already there before you showed up.”

You know how this one ends. You can’t prove otherwise, arguing costs more than the repair, so you eat it — and you’re still the one who looks wrong. It’s never one big disaster that gets you out here. It’s this, a few times a year, quietly.

The damage you didn’t cause

Customer says you cracked it, scratched it, or flooded it. No before-photo, no defence.

$500 – $5,000, and you pay it

The callback that wasn’t yours

Truck roll, two hours, a guy off a billable job — to prove something you already did right.

$300 – $800, several times a month

The strata that won’t release payment

Council wants proof of the before-condition. Nobody took it. Your invoice sits for two months.

30 – 90 days of your cashflow

The warranty they denied

Manufacturer wants install photos to honour the claim. Nobody shot them. You cover the part.

$1,500 – $4,000 out of pocket

What you’re actually buying

Your crew already takes the photos. This makes them count.

Nobody has to learn a system or fill in a form. They open the app instead of the camera. Everything after that is automatic.

The One-Job Guarantee

The whole risk is ours.

We’re not asking you to take a sales page on faith. Put it on real work, and hold us to the terms below.

1

Document 10 real jobs in the app, inside your first 90 days.

Not 10 big ones — ten of whatever you’re already running. Nothing to prove and nothing to submit: the job count is already on your account, so we check our records, not your paperwork.

2

Hit 10 and it still hasn’t paid for itself? Reply “refund.”

One argument you won, one callback you didn’t eat, or the hours off your paperwork — you decide whether it paid. One email, no forms, no phone call, nobody assigned to talk you out of it. 100% of the year back.

3

You keep everything you made.

Every photo and every report stays yours, refund or not. Covers your first year.

The two conditions, stated plainly

First, it’s on the annual plan only — monthly doesn’t carry the guarantee, because we can’t underwrite a full year on a plan that can be cancelled in thirty days. Second, the account has to reach 10 documented jobs inside the 90 days; if it doesn’t, the guarantee doesn’t apply. Both conditions exist so the offer stays honest for the crews who actually put the software to work. Nothing else about the deal has a catch.

Backed by the company, not a personal promise

The guarantee is an obligation of WorksiteCam — the company that builds and operates the platform. It applies to the account, it survives a change of contact, and the terms on this page are the terms.

  • Apps published under our name on the App Store
  • Security, infrastructure and subprocessors documented in the Trust Center
  • Who you're contracting with, in plain terms: about the company
  • Support at [email protected], answered by people who work on the product

Why we can underwrite it

It isn’t a gimmick — it’s arithmetic. A single dispute a crew can prove they didn’t cause is worth more than a year of the software. The only accounts it costs us are the ones that never get used, and those never reach 10 jobs, so they never qualify.

That’s the whole mechanism. We publish it rather than bury it, because a guarantee nobody understands isn’t worth offering.

What it costs

Priced by crew size.
The guarantee rides on the annual plan.

Annual saves you 25% against paying monthly, and it’s the plan the guarantee covers — that’s the trade for both.

Straight answers

The things you’re actually thinking

That’s the real risk, and it’s the one we’d ask about too. It’s also exactly why the guarantee is built on 10 jobs: if the crew doesn’t use it, the account never reaches 10, and the year is refundable. There is no version of that bet you lose.

The reason adoption usually holds is that it isn’t extra work. The crew opens a different camera. That’s the entire ask.

Your next 10 jobs are already booked

Document them. If it doesn’t pay for itself, we refund the year.

You’re either going to document those jobs or you’re going to wish you had. That’s the whole decision.
